El Hotel Negresco Princess 4*Sup fiel a su misión, visión y valores, adquiere un compromiso con la calidad, la sostenibilidad y el respeto por el medioambiente. Este compromiso se basa en los siguientes principios de actuación:
- Promote the quality of the services offered to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sustainable Tourism Policy - Biosphere Certification
Aware of the importance of maintaining a sustainable tourism development, and assuming the principles and goals specifically adopted at the 2015 World Summit on Sustainable Development, COP 21 and the World Charter for Sustainable Tourism +20, the Hotel Negresco Princess is committed to carry out a sustainable management of its activities, by adopting commitments aimed at preventing, eliminating or reducing the impact of our facilities and activities, both internal and external, as well as optimizing the sustainability of the establishment by improving its behavior with the environment.
Accordingly, our entity has adopted the following Responsible Tourism Policy, through which it undertakes to comply with the requirements established in the BIOSPHERE adhesion, which includes, among other things, the legal requirements that regulate the effects generated by tourist activity.
