In this section, we’ll give you some handy details of how to get from the most important transport hubs and sights in Barcelona to the Hotel Negresco Princess. All the itineraries are indicated by foot, by public transport and by car. Simply click and find out all the details you need to know about the city of Barcelona.
The city has perfect bus, metro or train links to get anywhere quickly. You can also use bicycles if you fancy, as the entire city is criss-crossed by bike lanes. If you prefer walking, though, Barcelona has a simple layout of roads and avenues for you to enjoy a lovely stroll.

Plaza Catalunya
The Hotel Negresco is a stone’s throw away from Plaza Catalunya, the true nerve centre and transport hub of Barcelona.
Take a stroll along La Rambla, Barcelona’s most iconic street, with attractions such as the Boquería market, the Liceo opera house and Plaza Real, as well as the amazing human statues, right down to the port of Barcelona, home to the Christopher Columbus statue, the Maremagnum shopping centre and Barcelona Aquarium.
From Plaza Catalunya you can easily reach Camp Nou, the home stadium of FC Barcelona. Simply hop on the green line (L3) and get off at the Les Corts stop.

Paseo de Gracia
Barcelona’s most glamorous avenue is not just home to exclusive boutiques selling designer labels. You can also see the highlights of the Modernist Route of Barcelona with works by UNESCO-listed architects Antoni Gaudí and Lluís Domènech i Montaner.
To get to Paseo de Gracia and admire Casa de Lléo i Morera, Casa Batlló and Casa Milá (La Pedrera) you can stroll a couple of streets from the Hotel Negresco Princess through the Eixample district and cross the Gran Vía.

Plaza Urquinaona
Just a few metres away from the Hotel Negresco Princess is Plaza Urquinaona, which has excellent transport links. For example, you can take the yellow line (L4) to city beaches such as San Sebastián, Barceloneta and Bogatell.
You can also stroll down Via Laietana to see the Palau de la Música, Barcelona Cathedral, the Gothic Quarter and the Born neighbourhood until you get to the port (Moll d’Espanya).

Sagrada Familia
When you come to Barcelona, the Sagrada Familia is a must-see. Getting there from the Hotel Negresco Princess is really straightforward. Take the purple line (L2) at Paseo de Gracia or Tetuan stop and then get off at the Sagrada Familia station.
